Batch Access
GRANTING BATCH ACCESS

Introduction
The Batch Permissions component of the Everest system records which User Levels have access to the executing of the various Batches. A Super User level, by default, has unrestricted Batch permissions. All other User Levels must be defined.
Granting Batch Access
Go to the Administration Menu at the top of the screen. Select Static Settings and then Batch Details.

The screen that opens will reflect all batches on the system.

Pressing Ctrl+F on this screen will bring up a search function.

Type in a key word in the search field and click “Find”. This will bring up all batches that match the key word used. Scroll until you find the relevant batch.

If too many results appear, try refining the keyword used in the search bar.

Granting Access to a User Level
Double click on the Permissions hyperlink. Double click on “Click here to add a new row” to add a new record. Create a new row for each User Level that should have access to the batch.


Once done press the “Update” and “Save” buttons. Access has now been granted to all of the users assigned to that specific User Level.
Granting Access to a Specific User
Double click on the Permissions hyperlink. Double click on “Click here to add a new row” to add a new record. Create a new row for each User that should have access to the batch.


NB! Super Users have access to ALL batches, permissions do not need to be granted.
