ALLOWING ACCESS TO MEMBER BUTTONS

There are a number of Member related buttons. Not all these buttons are visible on the Member Search Screen. A number of these buttons are hidden by default, as they may only apply to a specific type of Administration or Client. The user has the ability to allow / disallow access to these buttons at a Client level.

 Adding a button

The user will need to select the Client. Go to the Client → Details Menu and select the Functionality tab.

Select Edit and double click in the “Click here to add a new row” field. Click on the drop down arrow in the Functionality column to view all the buttons available.

The button names will be listed. Refer to the “Default Enabled” column. All buttons displaying a “False” in this field, by default, cannot be viewed in the Member Search screen.

To enable the button, select the applicable button from the drop down menu and add a tick in the space provided under the “Allowed” column. Save the changes.

When accessing the Member Search Screen, the button will now appear.

Removing a button

The user will need to select the Client. Go to the Client → Details Menu and select the Functionality tab.

Select Edit and double click in the space provided under the “Allowed” column to remove the tick. Ensure that the changes are saved.

When accessing the Member Search Screen, the button will no longer appear.
