Import Member Risk Policies

This process allows an administrator to import Individual Member Choice Risk Policies in bulk.

Creating the import file

Populate the import template ‘Import Risk Premiums’ and save – should the premium need to be calculated by the Policy, do not populate the premium field:

You can find the Risk Policy Name by going to Client – Risk Policies:

NB! The name must be copied exactly. If not, the import will not work.

Importing the prepared file

To Import the file, go to Batch Management:

Find the batch “Import Member Risk Policies” and select the “New Batch” button:

Select the edit hyperlink:

Edit and search for the import file you created:

Select Save and then Execute:

You will receive a report confirming the import results:

You can view the imported info by navigating to the member ‘risk’ button:

In blue are the risk policies that are generated by the Category. In black are the risk policies imported:
