VIEWING MEMBER LOANS

Loan Details on the Member Record

To view the loan information stored on the member record in the Home Loan Client, the user will need to select the “loans” button.

Select the details hyperlink next to the issued loan.

By default, the “Transactions” tab will be displayed. This tab will display the monthly transactions that have been confirmed as part of the month end process. This includes interest, fees and repayments.

Select the “Details” tab to view the static loan information, interest rate applied, a history of the term of the loan (expressed in number of months) and the monthly fee due.

Select the “Premiums” tab to view a history of the premiums to be paid in respect of the loan.
