Setting up of Client Categories
The Client Categories function allows for the display of Clients under the “Client” display as per the Category setup. It allows for easy access of information e.g. clients who belong to an approved or unapproved scheme
etc. The process of setting up the Client Categories is as follows:
Select the relevant client.
Select the Administration Menu ➡Static Settings ➡Client Categories

Client Categories: A list of Client Categories loaded will be displayed.

To load a new Client category, click on the “Click here to add a new row” option to create a new entry.

Select the “Update” button and the “Save” icon to add the entry.

Client Select the relevant Client
Client Menu Select “Details”

Client Category: Select the relevant Client Category from the dropdown option.

Client Category You will note that the Client will now be displayed with the Client Category being reflected under the “Client” block.
