CLIENT BUSINESS GROUPS

Setting up of Client Business Groups

The Client Business Group function allows for the grouping of Clients for viewing and reporting purposes.

Select the relevant client.

Select the Administration Menu  Static Settings -> Client Business Groups

Client Business Group -> A list of Client Business Groups loaded will be displayed.

To load a new Client Business Group, click on the “Click here to add a new row” option to create a new

entry.

Select the “Update” button and the “Save” icon to add the entry.
 

Allocating Clients to a Client Business Group

Client -> Select the relevant Client

Client Menu -> Select “Details”

Client Business Group -> Select the relevant Client Business Group from the dropdown option.
