  Loading Batch Shortcuts

This Menu allows the User to customise all Batches they have access to, which are used often. Simply by adding the required Batches to this list, the user will save time searching for the required batch. The Batch initiates instantaneously when selected.

The process of loading Shortcuts is as follows:

Select the Shortcuts Menu Option.

Double click on the row to add a new Batch to your list of shortcuts.

Select the Batch to be added to the customised list of Batches. The Batches available for selection are monitored via the User Level Status. The batch can be selected by scrolling down the list or by typing in the batch name in the Find block.

Once the batch selection has been made, click on the “Update” button

At the bottom of the screen, click on the “Save” button.

The Batch has been added to the list of customised items. Repeat this process to expand on the required list of customised Batches.

To initiate the Batch, merely click on the execute hyperlink - the Batch Management Screen will instantaneously be opened, and the process can be continued.
