CLIENT ACCESS GROUPS

The Client Access Groups function allows users access to a list of clients, without needing to grant each user access to each client manually.

Creating Client Access Groups

Go to the Administration Menu at the top of the screen. Select Static Settings and then Client Access Groups.

The screen that opens will reflect all Client Access Groups already loaded on the system. To add a new Client Group, click on “Click here to add a new row” and populate the Group Description field.

Adding Clients to a Client Access Group

Double click on the Clients hyperlink next to the Client Access Group you want to add clients to. If any clients have already been added to the group, they will appear on this screen. To add new clients click on the dropdown and the list of available clients will appear. Click on the client to add it to the group.

Once done press the “Save” button.

Allocating Users to Access Groups

Go to the People Menu at the top of the screen. Select Client Access.

Double click on the view hyperlink next to the relevant User Name.

Select the Client Access Groups Tab - the client groups that the user has access to will be displayed.

To add new clients groups to the user profile, click on “Click here to add a new row”. A drop down of available client groups will appear. Select the client access group to be added, and select the “Save” button.

The User will now have access to all of the clients that are in the selected Client Access Group.
