When adding Risk Policies, you need to select which Insurer the policy is held with:

You can view the Insurers already loaded on the database by going to Administration → Financial Settings → Insurers.

A list of already loaded Insurers will populate.

Pressing Ctrl + F on this screen will bring up a search function option.

When searching make sure to search for full names (or part thereof) AND abbreviations. e.g., PWC OR Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Adding a New Insurer

Double click on “Click here to add a new row” to add the new record.

Populate the relevant details and then select “Update”.

The new Insurer will now appear on the dropdown selection list on the Risk Policy.
