To link a policy to a client:

Client - Select the relevant Client

Client Menu - Select “Risk Policies

Client Risk Policies - A list of Risk Policies already loaded is displayed.

To add a new Risk Policy (the policy must have already been created at a Parent level), select the row “Click here to add a new row.

Complete the relevant fields.

Take special note of the following fields:

Eff date: This date must be prior to the first transaction date.

Risk Policy: This is the new policy you wish to link.

Bank Ref: This cannot be populated when linking the policy as it should be loaded on the Parent Risk Policy

Press the “Update” button and the “Save” Icon.
