	37	+The standard web access enables a member, or the payroll officer, to access member information on the web. The parameters and security settings that need to be established on Everest, prior to logging into the web, will determine what the user sees. For example, a member will view only their information, where a payroll officer may view all the members’ information.

	39	+User Level settings can be found under the Administration Menu. This menu relates mainly to the user levels within Everest, but is then linked to the User levels set for the Web. It provides the grouping of the Levels for the web and will define the web accessibility.

	47	+The User levels on Everest are split in two:

	49	+The “**Level**” column relates specifically to the Administrator User Levels assigned on Everest.

	51	+The “**Web Level**” column, controls the pages that users can view on the Web Site.\\

	53	+For example, all users of Web Level 1, will be able to view the same web pages for their specific clients. These views can be changed to suit the level type. Should a different view for a specific user level be required, this can be done by creating another web level.

	55	+**NB: Web Level 6 is used exclusively to indicate a member and must NEVER be used for any other roles.**

	57	+The **“Landing Page” **is the page that a certain user will see when they log in. Currently the Landing Page is defaulted to the page where the user needs to select his/ her Fund/Client and can search for a member. This can be changed to suit the different User Levels.
